New sod only does well if the ground under it is ready. We handle the whole job, from taking out the old lawn to laying the last roll.
We lay sod for homes, commercial sites, and HOA common areas in Fort Mill, Indian Land, Rock Hill, Tega Cay, and the Charlotte area.

Sod is priced by the square foot, so you know what you are paying for. Need irrigation for the new lawn? We can put it in first.
How it works
We measure on site and talk through which grass fits your yard.
You get a price by the square foot.
We prep the ground, lay the sod, and tell you how to water it.

Switching from Fescue to Zeon Zoysia
Kill off the old lawn
We spray the yard two or three times with a non-selective spray, about a week apart. That takes out the fescue, any Bermuda, and the weeds.
Strip it down
We use our hydrabucket to take the dead grass off, down to smooth soil.
Top soil if needed
If the yard needs it, we add top soil at this point.
Lay the Zeon
Prep usually takes half a day to a day. Then the Zeon Zoysia is delivered and we install it.
From the first spray to new grass usually takes about two to three weeks.

How is sod priced?
By the square foot. We measure the area on site and give you a clear price.
What kind of grass do you install?
Zoysia, Bermuda, and fescue. If you are tired of fescue struggling every summer, ask us about Zeon Zoysia.
Do you do small areas?
No. Our sod minimum is 1,000 sq ft. We do full lawns and commercial sites.
Do you take out the old grass?
Yes. We kill off or remove the old lawn and fill low spots before the new sod goes down.
